<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recommendation technique capable of determining similarity and relation even in less action information situations.SOLUTION: A relation management server generates a degeneration relation management database in which a chained link is formed among individual electronic information contained in a category of each electronic information requested as a recommendation target information (target electronic information category), the relation management database representing a correspondence between the individual electronic information contained in the target electronic information category and at least a requester action computer, on the basis of a relation management database recording therein a link resulting from an action according to a role of each action computer between electronic information of all categorized electronic information that is the recommendation target information including information for identifying each of the action computers categorized by roles, and recommends the requester action computer on the basis of the regeneration relation management database.</p> |
