PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load sensor in which a current between a drain and a source shows a linear change with respect to an applied load.SOLUTION: A load sensor 100 is constituted by a vertical transistor which uses a rib 2 formed by an insulator, a gate electrode 3, a gate insulting film 4, and an organic semiconductor thin film 5. By performing a load measurement on the basis of a change of a channel length in the vertical transistor, that is, the spacing between a drain and a source, a current that linearly changes with respect to an applied load can be obtained. |
