PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid conveyance device that prevents water heated in a water storage part from flowing backward into a water supply tank and that is safe, sanitary, and inexpensive.SOLUTION: A fluid conveyance device 100 comprises: a water supply part 3 that receives water supply from a water supply tank 17; a water supply passage 5 in which one end communicates with the water supply part 3 and the other end communicates with a bottom surface of a water storage part 4; a heater 6 that heats water in the water storage part 4 to generate steam; a steam duct 9 that serves as a passage for sending the steam generated in the water storage part 4 to the outside; and a check valve 18 that is provided in the water supply passage 5 and blocks a water flow from the side of the water storage part 4 to the side of the water supply part 3. |
