<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burner for a cooking stove having good ignition performance in a flame hole for ignition and good flame carry-over performance to main flame holes adjacent to the flame hole for ignition.SOLUTION: A burner cap 2 is placed on an upper surface 13a of a burner body having a mixing chamber, and a plurality of main flame holes 41 are provided on a peripheral rim and a flame hole 40 for ignition comprising a vertically long opening is provided. Retention space is provided for decelerating a discharge flow speed of a fuel gas, and the mixing chamber and the retention space are communicated with a communication hole 31. The communication hole 31 and the flame hole 40 for ignition are in a positional relationship in which they are not located on one straight line extending in a radially outward direction from a center part of the burner cap 2. Between a lower end of the flame hole 40 for ignition and a lower end of the main flame holes 41 adjacent to both sides of it, a laterally long opening 32 is provided whose vertical dimension h is smaller than a vertical dimension h1 of the flame hole 40 for ignition, and a barrier part 33 is provided in a radially outward direction of the communication hole 31 in the opening 32.</p> |
