PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen leak test method capable of detecting accurately leak from a specimen.SOLUTION: A specimen 9 is stored in a storage part 10. Gas in a first chamber 11 is moved and stored in a reservoir part 60. Then, tracer gas containing hydrogen is introduced into a second chamber 12. The gas stored in the reservoir part 60 is exchanged selectively with the gas in the first chamber 11 and supplied to a hydrogen sensor 3. Leak is determined based on detection data of the hydrogen sensor 3 before and after switching.
