PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a liquid jet head capable of preventing one of two kinds of members of an actuator unit, a communication plate, and so on having different sizes from warping at the step of adhering/jointing the members.SOLUTION: A liquid injection head is constituted by laminating a plurality of members and by jointing the individual members by an adhesive so that ink droplets are discharged by pressure developing means. A liquid injection head manufacturing method comprises a jointing step of clamping an actuator unit A having a relatively small shape of a face on a joint face side and a communication plate 15 having a relatively large face shape between one tool 200A abutting against the actuator unit A and the other tool 200B abutting against the communication plate 15, in a state where the actuator unit A abuts against the communication plate 15 via the adhesive, and pressurizing/jointing them. A tool 200 to be used at the jointing step is formed such that an abutment face against the communication plate 15 of the other tool 200B has the same outer shape of the joint face side of the actuator unit A. |
