PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas removing method, a gas removing system, and an air conditioner which reduce formaldehyde concentration efficiently in a short time.SOLUTION: A gas removing method removes aqueous gas contained in gas in a target space S by using an air conditioner A connected to the target space S. The air conditioner A includes a cooling coil 4 and a humidifier 6. Cooling by the cooling coil 4 and humidification by the humidifier 6 are simultaneously carried out by the air conditioner A, and a water screen is formed on the cooling coil 4 by humidification. The gas in the object space S is brought into contact with the water screen to dissolve the aqueous gas contained in the gas with the water screen. The air conditioner A further includes a heating coil 5. Heating by the heating coil 5 is simultaneously carried out in addition to the cooling by the cooling coil 4 and humidification by the humidifier 6 so that a temperature in the target space S reaches a predetermined temperature or higher.
