Provided is a stereoscopic display apparatus which adjusts a ratio of a phase difference value of a base to a value of a phase difference layer. The stereoscopic display apparatus comprises a display device and a polarized glass. The display device includes a display apparatus and a stereoscopic display film. The stereoscopic display film is disposed between the display apparatus and the polarized glass. The display apparatus is used to display an image by emitting light. The stereoscopic display film includes a substrate and a delay layer. The delay layer is disposed between the display apparatus and the substrate. The substrate includes a first phase difference value and the delay layer includes a second phase difference value. A ratio of the first phase difference value and the second phase difference value is 0% to 8%. The polarized glass is used to receive light across the stereoscopic display film and display a three-dimensional image to a user.
