<p>The present invention relates a power generator using a drinking water supply system. More specifically, high pressure is applied to drinking water in order to supply the drinking water to a drinking water supply system and then the drinking water is transferred. A demand unit using the drinking water performs a decompression process for lowering the high pressure of the drinking water to have an appropriate pressure. The power generator using a drinking water supply system can generate electricity and compressed air, using the pressure lost in the process. For the above-mentioned objective, the power generator using a drinking water supply system comprises the drinking water supply system, which supplies drinking water by being arranged in a ship and has a pressure pump for applying pressure in order to supply drinking water; a main supply line, which supplies the drinking water by being connected to the pressure pump of the drinking water supply system and being extended to the ship; an end line, which supplies the drinking water to the demand unit by being branched from one point of the main supply line; a pressure control valve for lowering the pressure of the drinking water, which is increased by the pressure pump, by being installed in the end line so that the pressure can be lowered to the pressure required in the demand unit; and a power generating unit for using the pressure of the drinking water, which is increased by the pressure pump, by being installed between the main supply line and the pressure control valve in the end line and generating electricity.</p> |
