The present invention relates to a 2 section hybrid coupler which includes a first transmission line which connects an input port and a transmitted port; a second transmission line which connects an isolated port and a coupled port and is parallel to the first transmission line; and 4 ports which include a first, a second, a third branch transmission line which connect the two transmission lines and are successively formed from the input port to the transmitted port. A dielectric material is formed on the surface of at least one of the transmission line and the branch transmission line. The dielectric constant of the dielectric material is higher than that of the transmission line and the branch transmission line.
