The present invention relates to an autonomous power-generating safety light embedded underground which induces stable and autonomous power generation of the device by effectively charging and providing electricity to be consumed in a light emitting unit, since electricity can be produced and charged through a first solar cell of a first charging means exposed to the outside at all times, and electricity can be also produced and charged through a second solar cell of a second charging means exposed to the outside during bright daytime hours when operating the light emitting unit is not required. The autonomous power-generating safety light embedded underground according to the present invention comprises a case; a light emitting unit; a transmitting plate of a transparent material; a power unit providing power to the light emitting unit; a cover fixing the location of the transmitting plate; a microprocessor (MPU) controlling the light emission of the light emitting unit; a first charging means; and a second charging means.
