PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable two-dimensional pressure distribution to be measured with high accuracy by using a sensor sheet.SOLUTION: An electropneumatic regulator 12 is controlled so that a plurality of pressure-sensitive sensors 17 inside a sensor sheet 20 are pressed, each with the same pressure, by a bladder 17, and a correction coefficient for correcting a difference in sensitivity between the plurality of pressure-sensitive sensors each other is derived, for each of the pressure-sensitive sensors, on the basis of output value obtained at that time (equilibration process). Further, the electropneumatic regulator 12 is controlled so that all of the pressure-sensitive sensors 17 inside the sensor sheet 20 are pressed with two pressure values differing from each other by the bladder 17, and a conversion coefficient with respect to output values from the pressure-sensitive sensors for ensuring that a pressure output value having linearity with respect to the pressure input value applied to the pressure-sensitive sensors is obtained is derived on the basis of the output values from the pressure-sensitive sensors obtained at that time (calibration process). |
