<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thruster heat energy recovery apparatus capable of improving a specific thrust of a thruster and achieving weight reduction of a space vehicle propulsion system including the thruster using combustion energy wasted in a space without greatly changing a bus system configuration.SOLUTION: A thruster energy recovery apparatus 2 attached to a thruster 8 that includes a combustion chamber 4 in which propellant is combusted and a nozzle 6 discharging gas generated inside by combustion to an outside, includes: a thermoelectric transducer panel 10 surrounding an exterior of the combustion chamber 4 or the nozzle 6 of the thruster 8, and converting heat energy generated in the combustion chamber 4 or the nozzle 6 to electric power energy; and a controller 12 controlling the electric power energy to be supplied to a device A consuming the electric power energy and improving a specific thrust of the thruster 8.</p> |
