<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold lubricant feeder capable of feeding a mold lubricant to a spray nozzle always at a stable feed pressure.SOLUTION: A mold lubricant feeder includes a pump cylinder 3 for discharging a mold lubricant, a servomotor 5 for driving a piston 4 of the pump cylinder 3, a pressure sensor 14 for detecting a secondary side pressure of the pump cylinder 3, and a controller 15 for controlling the servomotor 5 so that the detected secondary side pressure becomes constant. The mold lubricant can be pressure-fed to a spray nozzle 2 always at a constant pressure.</p> |
