<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely discharge coating liquid to a target object for processing such as a circuit board.SOLUTION: A liquid discharge device comprises: a coating gun to which a needle for discharging coating liquid in a fine line is mounted; a movement means for moving the coating gun so that the mounted needle moves in a plane direction relative to a coating treatment object arrangement surface and in contacting and separating directions relative to the coating treatment object arrangement surface; and a rotation means for rotating the tip part of the mounted needle. The rotation means is designed as a mechanism to rotate the coating gun around the center axis CT of a needle body part.</p> |
