The present invention relates to a topside module capable of controlling the center of gravity (CoG) and a method for lifting the topside module through a CoG control. According to the present invention, when the topside module is outside a designated CoG area (an envelope) by the change of COG, which is caused by the change of the design of the topside module, COG shifting can be easily performed by ballast tanks arranged in a rigging platform. Therefore, the topside module can be lifted and contribute to the increase of the volume of the lifting. The topside module capable of controlling CoG comprises a module body; and a rigging platform, which is installed so that the rigging can be piled up in the upper part of the module body, and which is arranged to have multiple ballast tanks.
