The present invention relates to a method for preparing health functional dongchimi and, more specifically to a method manufacturing soup of dongchimi with an extract obtained by boiling Hovenia dulcis, Acanthopanax, Cudrania tricuspidata or Cornus, thereby improving productivity of dongchimi, containing enough active ingredients, and having an effect of preparing health functional dongchimi having pungent and cooling taste by using leaf mustard. |
