摘要 The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a graphite-titanium-based oxide complex. The manufacturing method of a graphite-titanium-based oxide complex of the present invention comprises the steps of (S1) surface-modifying graphite into a benzyl alcohol or cellulose-based substance by using a sol-gel method; (S2) dispersing the graphite surface-modified into the benzyl alcohol or cellulose-based substance in a solvent, adding a titanium precursor to the graphite, and mixing the titanium precursor and the graphite; and (S3) heating a mixture obtained in step (S2) to grow a titanium-based oxide on the surface of the graphite. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of a graphite-titanium-based oxide complex stabilizes the formation of a solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) film caused by electrolyte degradation occurring in charge and discharge processes by uniformly coating a titanium-based oxide on the surface of graphite, thereby retarding the structural disintegration of graphite. Accordingly, stable charge and discharge characteristics can be secured, thereby securing excellent life characteristics. In addition, insertion of a polar solvent molecule of an electrolyte except a lithium ion is reduced on the surface of graphite so rate determining characteristics also can be enhanced.
