<p>A clamping fixture comprises a clamping base member (1) and a workpiece pallet (2) to be fixedly clamped to the clamping base member (1). The clamping base member (1) features a plurality of clamping spigots (43) corresponding to the number of clamping devices (5), so as to be fixed and clamped in position within the clamping devices (5). First center adjustment members (4) cooperating with additional center adjustment members (38) arranged on the workpiece pallet (2) are arranged in the clamping base member (1), so that when the workpiece pallet (2) is fixed and clamped to the clamping base member (1) in an X-direction and Y-direction, the workpiece pallet (2) is arranged in position. Each clamping device (5) features a clamping socket (6), and an upper surface thereof forms a Z-mounting portion with respect to the workpiece pallet (2). The Z-mounting portion of the clamping base member (1) is formed by a plurality of surface portions (11) covering an upper portion of each clamping socket (6), and here, at least one outlet port (12) for a cleaning medium is provided in each of the surface portion (11).
