According to a preferable embodiment of the present invention, the processing method of the green part of radish comprises the steps of putting 10 g of sodium hydrogen carbonate (edible soda) into 1 L of water for parboiling, diluting the sodium hydrogen carbonate with the water, heating the water at a temperature of 80-90°C, preferably at a temperature of 85±2°C, and parboiling the green part of radish including the leaves and stem of radish in the water within 60 seconds, preferably for 40-50 seconds; cooling the parboiled green part of radish by water at room temperature or cool water at room temperature or below; and inserting the cooled green part of radish into a packing material with a conservative solution that has antimicrobial and antifungal properties in order to allow the storage and distribution at room temperature. Representatively, the conservative solution is Actical solution, wherein the Actical solution is obtained by mixing 1 L of purified water or boiled and cooled water with 1-2 g of calcium oxide (CaO) having a purity of 95% or 99% extracted from shell to dilute the calcium oxide with the water and is used as the conservative solution.</p>
