一种用于车辆悬吊系统控制之路面粗糙度轮廓之即时建立装置,可以精确掌握路况(如坑洞、裂缝、突起物),进而能预先准备,以更快速之避震器扩展与压缩动作,消减客舱振动。因此,本发明根据即时建立之路面粗糙度轮廓、发挥主动式悬吊系统之控制功能,同时透过后方云端之监控,可即时更新悬吊系统动态特性、输出优化之处理讯号,进而可对车辆达到更良好、更精确之悬吊控制。;A device builds real-time road contour. The contour is used by a suspension control system. Road conditions, like holes, cracks, protuberances, etc. are precisely kept abreast. Faster preparations can be done for reducing shocks of a passenger cabin beforehand with expansion and compression of shock absorber. With the real-time road contour, an active suspension system is well controlled. With a backend cloud for monitoring, real-time dynamic statuses of the suspension system are updated; optimized control signals are outputted. Thus, the suspension system is precisely and well controlled. |
