FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of starch suspensions. This process comprises collection of solution (A) of dissolved particles (A') and collection of suspension (B) of suspended starch particles (B'). Said dissolved particles comprise one or more catalysts, reagents and/or reaction additives. Solution (A) and suspension (B) are fed into hydraulic cyclone, disc-type centrifuge and/or centrifuge with precipitate discharge via nozzle. Suspension (B'') is accumulated. Said suspension (B'') includes at least a portion of dissolved particles (A'). Note here that accumulated suspension (B'') has total concentration of dry substance of suspended particles (B') and dissolved particles (A') higher than combined concentration of dry substance of solution (A) and suspension (B).
