The present invention relates to an apparatus to monitor a contamination state of an air preheater in real time which partially records a state of a rotating thermal element from a lower portion of the air preheater with a thermographic/high definition (HD) camera, and combines the partial images to be displayed on one panorama screen; thereby comparing and determining contamination in real time while the entire thermal element of the air preheater is displayed. A region with relatively greater amount of ash and a region with relatively smaller amount of ash are analyzed by temperature and color in a full screen realized by the panorama screen, and high-pressure vapor is intensively sprayed from an ash remover with respect to the region with a greater amount of ash for decontamination, thereby improving the efficiency of operation of the air preheater. Also, the air preheater is analyzed in real time while continuously being recorded such that a washing effect by the ash remover is maximized to maximize the efficiency of a boiler combustion, and enables a boiler to stably be operated, thus saving regular costs for repairing (washing). |
