An adjustable control arm assembly for a hydrostatic pump is disclosed, having a pivotal control input shaft, said assembly comprising a first arm (48) connected to said pump control input shaft to provide a pivotal input, a second arm (54) having a recess (60), in which the arm (48) is arranged and at least one threaded hole, wherein the second arm (54) is connected to an operator displacement input (46), and a first mechanism interconnecting first (48) and second (54) arms to provide a selectively adjustable pivotal relationship between first (48) and second (54) arms, wherein the first mechanism is an eccentric element (72) having a head (74), first support angular surface (76), second support angular surface (78), a slot (80) positioned between first support angular surface (76) and second support angular surface (78) and an eccentric pin (82) protruding in an axial direction from the first mechanism offset from the central axis of the support angular surfaces (76, 78), wherein the eccentric element (72) is arranged on the second arm (54) and its eccentric pin (82) is arranged in a cut (52) made in the first arm (48), and a second mechanism for adjusting the throw of control arm assembly, comprising a threaded shaft (64) arranged in the threaded hole (62) made in the second arm (54), wherein the treaded shaft (64) sets pace of the first arm (48) and the second arm (54). A hydrostatic drive system, comprising said control arm assemblies is also proposed. |
