Disclosed is a composition comprising placental extracellular matrix (ECM), wherein said ECM comprises at least 80% collagen by dry weight and wherein said composition comprises at least 10% elastin by dry weight, wherein said composition further comprises a plurality of stem cells that does not comprise human totipotent cells, and wherein said collagen comprises between 74-92% Type I collagen and between 4-6% Type III collagen.
