<p>The present invention relates to an LED lamp having a converter which can limit inrush current using a zero cross circuit; perform dimming control; and be generically used for indoor or outdoor. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an LED lamp with enhanced inrush current and dimming control includes: a detection part which detects AC voltage supplied from a power supply part; a driving part which determines whether or not a switching mode power supply device is driven by corresponding to the detected AC voltage; and a dimming driver which controls the brightness of light emitted to the LED module. The converter can be used for indoor and outdoor. When the detection part detects the AC voltage which is close to zero, the driving part determines the driving of the switching mode power supply device; limits inrush current generated in the switching mode power supply device within a predetermined value; and applies the switching mode power supply device in accordance to the driving decision of the driving part regardless of the output of the LED module.</p> |
