<p>The invention relates to a device for gripping with the view of processing or for machining a moulded steel piece of relatively low mechanical strength, which needs to be machined from at least two directions in order to achieve dimensions and geometries of reciprocal relative interdependence, as well as in relation with a reference base. According to the invention, the device comprises some lateral wedge grips () and some end wedge grips (), for another side of a piece (), the first lateral and end grips () being fixed and the other lateral and end grips () being mobile, where the fixed grips () are mounted on a fixed plate () integral with a table () of a milling machine, to the same plate () there being also fixed a linear pneumatic motor () whose piston () drives, by means of a clamping disc () the mobile grips (), the lateral mobile grip () being driven by means of the disc () and a compensating spring (), as well as by means of a pressure ring (), a reducing gear () provided with a drive pinion () being mounted on a plate () fixed onto the table () of the milling machine, in order to drive a group of reversing wheels (), as well as some wheels () which drive some profiled milling cutters () into rotation.</p> |
