<p>The invention relates to a device for fixing and sealing the Tenckhoff catheter during a laparoscopic surgery in a patient with peritoneal dialysis. According to the invention, the device is mounted about the catheter () and consists of a suction cup () in the shape of a truncated cone, in whose body, on its rear face, there is provided a circular peripheral channel () in which a negative pressure can be created in order to obtain the suction on the skin of a patient undergoing peritoneal dialysis, during a laparoscopic surgery, the circular channel () being connected by means of a nozzle () to a vacuum pump connection tube () which has a valve () mounted therein, said valve maintaining the vacuum state of the circular channel (), in a central chamber () of the vacuum cup (), the pressure being at most equal to the intra-abdominal pressure, the sealing of the central chamber () around the catheter being ensured by a sealing gasket () screwed with a nut () between the wall of the catheter tube and a central cylindrical body () about an orifice () wherethrough the catheter () enters the device.</p> |
