FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: single mononuclears of patient's peripheral blood are analysed by interference microscopy. The first sample is taken from a pre-exposure donor's mononuclear suspension and microscoped in an interference microscope to image the mononuclear as optical density regions in a projection of single organelles; the following are measured successively: the cytoplasmic index, as well as the phase thickness, area, equivalent diameters, phase volume, refractivity, in the following mononuclear organelles: outer boundary of a peripheral part of the cytoplasm, a solid part of the cytoplasm, a chondriome, a nucleus and a nucleolus. Thereafter, the second sample is taken from the same donor's mononuclear suspension, and after the mononuclears are exposed to the environment, they are re-microscoped in an interference microscope; the specified parameters of the above mononuclear organelles are measured; that is followed by forming the second set of the phase thicknesses; the patient's immune response to the environmental exposure is predicted by the quantitative variations of the above parameters in the second set of parameters.EFFECT: accurate prediction of the patient's immune response to the effect of the pharmaceutical preparation, lower probability of side effects and reduced length of analysis.2 cl, 12 dwg, 2 tbl |
