The invention relates to a portable compact optoelectronic equipment meant for in-situ determining the elemental chemical composition of a welding seam or of the metal walls of a thermal cutting line during the welding process or the arc, gas or laser cutting process, as well as during other high energy processes accompanied by luminous electromagnetic radiation emission, which uses for the spectrometric analysis the very radiation of high energy of said thermal sources. According to the invention, the optoelectronic equipment comprises a body () in which a miniaturized spectrometer is placed, said spectrometer consisting, in its turn, of a collecting lens (), a collimating optical mirror (), a diffraction grating (), an optical total reflection mirror (), a Diode-Array detector (), a USB interface (), a laser range-finder (), an optical channel made by means of a video camera (), the elemental chemical composition of a welding seam () made by means of an electric arc () between a welding electrode () and the material () being automatically determined by a portable computer which, with a specialized program, ensures the acquisition, processing and display of spectral composition data of the video image of the zone of interest, as well as the display of telemetric data and the optical alignment of the spectrometer as against the radiation source. |
