摘要 The present invention relates to a floor board and a manufacturing method thereof and, more particularly, to a board using a metal plate and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the floor board comprises: a first flexible plate; a metal plate stacked on the upper portion of the first flexible plate; a second flexible plate stacked on an upper portion of the metal plate; and a surface deco sheet stacked on an upper portion of the second flexible plate. The metal plate is stacked cornerwise so that the metal plate has one side which protrudes and the other side which is opposite to the one side and has a groove. According to the present invention, since the flexible plate having the thickness of 2 to 3 mm and the metal plate having the thickness of 1 to 2 mm are used, if a thin deco sheet such as an HPM is used, a thin film type floor plate having the thickness of 6 mm or less can be produced. In this case, thermal conductive can be fundamentally improved in proportional to the thickness to reduce heating fuel consumption. According to the present invention, since the floor board is reinforced in strength by using the metal plate, the floor board can be molded in a non-lumber type in which lumber is not used on the flexible plate or deco sheet at all. In this case, emission of carbon dioxide can be significantly reduced. Also, a process for processing a tongue and a groove for coupling with the adjacent plates can be omitted.
