摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a multi-stage automatic transmission capable of reducing shock generated during gear shifting. The multi-stage automatic transmission comprises: an input shaft; a plurality of input-side gears disposed on the radial outside of the input shaft; a main clutch provided between the input shaft and the input-side gears to control power transmission between the input shaft and the input-side gears; a plurality of output-side gears rotating while being engaged with the input-side gears; an output shaft coupled to the output-side gears while being separated from the output-side gears; a plurality of contact member units movably coupled to the output shaft to correspond to the respective output-side gears and in contact with or separated from the inner peripheral surface of the respective output-side gears to transmit power of the output-side gears to the output shaft or release the transmission; and a screw selector having a screw shaft, which is disposed inside the output shaft, and a loader, which is screwed with the screw shaft to be moved along the screw shaft and selectively brings the contact member unit into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the corresponding output-side gear, and selectively bringing the contact member units into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the corresponding output-side gears.</p>
