摘要 <p>When a camera lens and a window are formed of glass, quartz, sapphire, etc., multiple workpieces are attached to a centerless grinder with wax to grind an outer diameter, and then the workpieces are detached one by one to grind the edge part of the workpiece. But it is difficult to set up and grind the workpieces because of their small size. The grinding chamfering method is as follows: inserting a stopper plate into the middle part between the upper and lower chamfer wheels so that a workpiece are inserted only as much as being chamfered; and grinding and chamfering the workpiece at a predetermined depth from a side surface of the workpiece, at the time of chamfering, by installing a cushion part on a workpiece transferring device so that a cushion action prevents the workpiece from being pushed and chamfered when a side surface of the workpiece touches the stopper plate inserted into the middle of the chamfer wheel. Specifically, the chamfer wheel is divided into an upper chamfer wheel (3) and a lower chamfer wheel (4) so that a stopper plate (2) of an automatic chamfer wheel (1) is inserted between the upper and lower chamfer wheels. The cushion part is installed on a workpiece transferring device at the time of chamfering so that a cushion action prevents the workpiece from being pushed and chamfered when a side surface of the workpiece touches the stopper plate (2) inserted into the middle of the chamfer wheel (1), so the workpiece is ground and chamfered at a predetermined depth from a side surface of the workpiece. Therefore, the grinding chamfering method can have excellent work precision and have less defects without precise setting.</p>
