Levomilnacipran drug for functional rehabilitation after an acute neurological stroke

Disclosed herein are pharmaceutical compositions and mixtures containing levomilnacipran/dextromilnacipran in which the mixture does not contain more than 5 wt % of dextromilnacipran. Also disclosed is the use of the mixtures and compositions as a drug in functional recovery after a cerebrovascular accident or head trauma.
