<p>The present invention relates to a cutting oil automatic control system to automatically control cutting oil in accordance to the type of workpiece and amount of cutting, and a cutting oil supplying method thereof. For example, disclosed is the cutting oil supplying method comprising: an information input step of inputting the type of workpiece to be processed, a diameter, a rotational speed, a cutting depth, and the amount of movement of a tool; a classifying step of classifying the workpiece in accordance to the type of materials of the workpiece; a weight applying step of applying a weight to the amount of cutting of the workpiece classified in the classifying step; a cutting amount comparison step of comparing the amount of cutting applied with the weight in the weight applying step with the amount of cutting prior to the weight being applied; an inverter output step of controlling the quantity of output voltage of an inverter in accordance to the results of the comparison of the amount of cutting; and a cutting oil supply step of supplying the cutting oil by controlling the number of rotations of a motor in accordance to the quantity of the output voltage of the inverter.</p> |
