FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: design of sucker disc includes: sucker disc out of soft rubber with pull bar, base part installed on rare surface of the sucker disc out of soft rubber, and return spring installed between the sucker disc out of soft rubber and base part. At both sides of the pull bar end a pin is ensured, it passes in radial direction, the sucker disc additionally has drive to move the pull bar for its lifting and lowering. The drive contains push switch installed on the base part, and driven slide cover connected with push switch. Pin movement up and down can be ensured along inclined step in centre of the drive, and pin makes moves up and down along the inclined step and can stop on the support surface of top end and bottom end of the inclined step, respectively, thus moving the pull bar to ensure lifting and lowering to move the sucker disc out of soft rubber thus ensuring sucking on and release. The push switch can be easily pushed out till end to achieve the self-locking state, and the sucker disc design has significant suction on force and is easy in operation.EFFECT: increased duration of stable absorption effect.10 cl, 82 dwg |
