<p>Producing a semi-conductor arrangement.. G6A. By coating the outside surface of a semi-conductor body with an electrical insulation layer with a cavity range of comparatively slight coating thickness within a certain area of the semi-conductor surface and by immersing this coated semi-conductor body in an electroplating bath consisting of a solvent suitable for dissolving the insulation layer, whereby this layer is completely dissolved and removed only within the cavity range and whereby the semi-conductior surface is freely exposed to the metallic electroplating bath within the cavity range, this surface area bein coated with a galvanic metal layer. The hollowed range of the insulation layer can extend right through the latter, the surface of the semi-conductor body within the range of this cavity range being coated with a second electrical insulation layer, the solvent medium of the metallic electroplating bath acting in the sense of dissolving at least the second insulation layer.</p> |
