The present invention provides an image sensor for improving signal to noise ratio and maintaining moisture absorption proof function by suing a graphene layer at the same time. The image sensor includes: first and second sides to be faced with each other; a substrate including a photoelectric conversion element to be formed inside; a graphene layer which is formed on the first side of the substrate smoothly; and a plurality of microlens which is formed on the graphene layer. |
