Disclosed is an all-dry central tube air blown micro optical cable. The optical cable comprises an outer sheath (5) and a loose tube (2) disposed within the outer sheath (5). The loose tube (2) is adapted to receive one or more optical fibers (1). The water-blocking yarns are (3) included inside the loose tube (2) and wherein an outer surface of the outer sheath (5) includes circumferentially spaced longitudinally extending grooves.
