The present invention relates to compounds of Formula Ior a pharmaceutically suitable salt thereof, wherein R1 is methyl, 2-methyl-2-phenylpropyl, isobutyl, tert-butyl, neopentyl, 3,3-dimethylbutyl, cyclohexyl, cyclohexylmethyl, where cyclohexyl is optionally substituted with 1 or 2 fluorine atoms, cyclohexyloxymethyl, phenyl, benzyl, phenethyl, thiophenyl, tetrazolyl or pyridinyl, wherein said phenyl, benzyl, phenethyl, thiophenyl, tetrazolyl or pyridinyl are optionaly substituted with 1, 2 or 3 substituents independently selected from fluorine, chlorine, methyl, trifluoromethyl, trifluorometoxy, tert-butyl or methylsulfonyl and where hydrogen atoms in phenyl are optionally substituted with deuterium. The invention also relates to the use of said compounds for the treatment or prophylaxis of a disease or condition in which modulation of fibrinolysis is beneficial referably selected from inherited bleeding disorders, stroke, menorrhagia and liver diseases and to the use thereof for manufacturing a medicament for the treatment or prophylaxis of said diseases or conditions. |
