A ventilator cap in the present invention has a double front visor (20) for vent the large amount of air by making the front of the upper visor (40) of the double visor be opened into a tubal shape when wind is flowed in. The front visor (20) has two layer to form a venting path (80) by having the front part where wind is well flowed in be opened and closed in a tubal shape, and has the upper visor (40) be moved up and down like being rotated around round axis (50) of both sides by punching a hole on the position where two layer of both ends of a main visor (30) and the upper visor (40) and having the round axis (50) be inserted. |
