<p>The present invention relates to a drill which arranges the surface of an alveolar bone using a surgery guide for an implant surgery for prosthetic restoration. More specifically, a dental drill, which is installed on a drill apparatus for performing a flapless implant surgery, comprises: a mounting part which has an end portion joined with the drill and is in the shape of a stick and includes a snagging protrusion on an outer circumferential side of the other end thereof; a body which has an end portion joined with the other end portion and is in the shape of a stick; and a cutting part which includes a joining groove penetrating one end and the other end therein and includes a plurality of cutting blades for removing an alveolar bone along a side thereof. The other end of the body is inserted into the joining groove of the cutting part to install the cutting part on the other end of the body. The drill can perform a drilling process along a side of a sleeve hole of a surgery guide, and thus can process the surface of the alveolar bone to be in the size larger than the hole of the sleeve. In other words, the drill makes an abutment be joined exactly with a fixture by removing the alveolar bone, which interrupts the abutment from being joined. Therefore, prostheses can be immediately placed by joining the abutment after implanting the fixture.</p> |
