The present invention relates to a group management server for a social network game. The group management server for the social network game comprises: a group extraction unit which extracts group friend information stored in an address book of a user′s mobile terminal which is accessed to a social network; a group management unit which generates a group by using the group friend information extracted from the group extraction unit and user information of a person which is accessed to the social network; a group database unit which stores member information of the group generated through the group management unit; and a group rating calculation unit which receive the member information of the group from the group database to calculate a grade for each group and determine a rating for each group. According to the present invention, the group management server for the social network game can make competition between the groups to improve a sense of belonging about the group and a sense of closeness between the members of the group, thereby enhancing game loyalty and increasing an opportunity for relationship with new friends. |
