<p>The present invention relates to a hybrid cooling and heating system capable of cooling and heating using in combination with an air-cooled heat pump and a geothermal heat pump, and an apparatus thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the hybrid cooling and heating system and the apparatus thereof comprises: a geothermal heat pump which performs cooling and heating functions in a target space to be cooled and heated using geothermal heat; an air-cooled heat pump which performs cooling and heating functions in a target space to be cooled and heated using air heat; and a control unit equipped with a temperature sensor sensing the temperature of a fluid flowed in from the target space to be cooled and heated, and controls the operation of the geothermal heat pump and the air-cooled heat pump in accordance to the temperature sensed by the temperature sensor. The geothermal heat pump and the air-cooled heat pump can be operated in accordance to a cooling and heating load of the target space to be cooled and heated at the same time. When a problem such as an increase in underground heat source occurs and an initial operation load is less, provided is a technological effect of stable cooling and heating operation by operating only the air-cooled heat pump.</p> |
