摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# The device has a lid (10) for protecting a microelectronic component (4) placed in a cavity defined by walls (3), where the walls are made of ferromagnetic material. Two magnetic attraction elements (11) are placed in face to face manner. The lid is closed on the walls through magnetic mechanical pressure exerted by the elements. One of the elements is placed at the level of one of the walls, and the other element is placed at the level of the lid. The lid is made of a malleable material to compensate irregularities of a surface of the walls of the cavity relative to the lid. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Protection device for protecting a microelectronic component placed in a cavity of a hybrid microelectronic circuit i.e. multi-chip module, in a case (claimed) against radiations. Uses include but are not limited to protect active, passive, high frequency and/or low frequency components against visible range electromagnetic radiations, microwave frequency range electromagnetic radiations, ionizing radiations, and terrestrial radiations or cosmic radiations such as atomic-nuclei flux type radiations of energy particles. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The protection device allows easy disassembling of the lid of the cavity or the case, and allows repositioning of the lid so as to guarantee reproducibility and reliability of the closuring operation.
