FIELD: biotechnologies.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to test systems for content determination for mycopolysaccharides and derivatives including sections similar to synthetic linear nona-?-(1?3)-D-glucoside in environment, in room dust as well, and can be applied for ambient object pyrogenicity assessment during ecological monitoring and residential and production facilities for determination of ambient pyrogenic dust load by inhibition immunoenzyme analysis in solid phase.
