FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: static force is applied to shaft during the entire cycle of heat treatment divided to sub-cycles; at that one shaft end is rigidly fixed, and second end is fixed with possibility of movement; during each sub-cycle the type force is applied to entire shaft, shaft is heated within section length, then this section is twisted to one direction with further cooling, then the cycle is repeated for the another section with twisting to another direction beyond action of the law of elasticity.EFFECT: increased quality of parts.4 dwg
