The invention relates to a bar meant for a vertical lat pulldown used in fitness centers or in recovery centers. According to the invention, the bar consists of three parts, a horizontal part provided with a ring () for being clamped into the hook of a vertical lat pulldown and two parts slanted in the frontal plane of the movement, oriented under an angle of 140°, having two fix bushings () with exterior thread, for the proximal fixing of two extension springs (), mounted to two mobile handles provided with some threaded bushings (), the sliding amplitude being evaluated by means of some markings (). |
