Elements permits the user to drink the contents, and is between two outer walls which are welded together at their upper and lower edges. An auxiliary weld line divided the package into a container for fluid and a detachable compartment. One end of the element is near the upper edge weld, and the other end is near the lower. The auxiliary weld line contacts the element near the upper edge weld so that, when the compartment is separated off, the element is disengaged and is accessible.
