<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The device i.e. modem has a push type on-off button (3), and a processor (1) for operating system software when the modem is switched on, where an electronic circuit (2) integrates the on-off button. A capacitor (4) is connected to the electronic circuit to maintain its current state of charge when a power failure occurs, where the charge state of the capacitor is reversed each time the on-off button is operated when the modem is powered.
